by I was gifted a wonderful jar of salsa a while ago and enjoyed it very much. It was obviously fresh and homemade, and my particular jar was a little hot thanks to habaneros. Curiously, the jar lacked a nutritional label and ingredients panel. Lo and behold, turns out this Miguel’s Salsa is a local business in Clovis that not only makes delicious salsa but Mexican food as well.
