I’ve had the pleasure of being gifted Raphio’s chocolate not once, not twice, but three times! They are perfect as a gift, because I very likely would not buy a bar of chocolate that’s more than $5 (the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil retails for $12). Below is the producer’s description of the chocolate:

Raphio’s Olive Oil Chocolate Bars are made with Earth’s finest ingredients: ethically sourced cacoa beans from around the world and Ricciuti Family Farms’ award winning estate grown EN20 organic extra virgin olive oil. Smooth, silky, decadent and unique, infused with real fruit crush – with all the healthy antioxidants benefits of dark chocolate and freshly milled olive oil – makes this the perfect heart-friendly indulgence.

Most dark chocolates lack dairy milk/cream, so having some olive oil in here makes it quite smooth.

It is definitely high quality, and definitely a very healthy way to have some sweets, but these sweets don’t come cheap! The lemon olive oil gives the 72% dark chocolate a smooth texture that dairy (cream/milk) would usually lend (reminder that most serious dark chocolates forgo dairy). The lemon notes are not overpowering, but still there to provide a burst of citrus, like having dark chocolate with orange bits in it.
