Fresno State (football) Bulldogs stumbled in the Bay Area over the weekend. If you didn’t get a chance to watch the game, the official Mountain West YouTube channel has the highlights from San José State’s 42-18 win.
The Bulldogs still have a chance to defend their Mountain West title but they are no longer in control of their own destiny. On top of losing the game, FSU also saw their starting quarterback Mikey Keene leave the game with injury. I admired backup Fife’s effort coming in cold off the bench to sub in, but was largely ineffective as a whole.
