The weekly Farmers Market on Thursday evenings in the Tower District has been closed for winter. The closing comes due to bad weather and lower than expected attendance. The market has announced tentative plans to reopen sometime in March.

Interestingly enough, there seems to be at least some folks who hope it does not come back at all.
