I’ve heard tid bits about a rather fascinating bar in Fresno, Quail State. They have both dining on ground level, and dining on the top of their building, which is adjacent to the taller Security Bank scraper. I haven’t been there, but I’ve visited their sister business, Saint Joaquin, a natural wine bar. If you’re wondering what natural wine is, it’s similar to craft beer or liquors, which means they’re from relatively small breweries/distilleries, and not mass produced, in addition to not having artificial or unnecessary additives added.
