A pride gathering in Modesto is coming soon Saturday, September 16th and is set to kick off at high noon! The scheduled duration of the event is listed as 12noon to 7pm. This year’s theme is, “Don’t Drag Us Down!”
I have a lot of respect for this event because they really look out for their community by having this event so far into the fall and end of summer. I don’t think any Valley city should have any outdoor events during June, July, and August because of the extreme heat. Kudos to them for not having this event until mid-September.
