by When it comes to bona fide pride marches and festivals in the Central Valley, there aren’t too many (and with less of a presence due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Visalia, which is more Republican than it is Democrat, has managed to establish a pride presence. This year, they will be holding their celebration on October 8th, 11am-3pm at the Valley Strong Ballpark. I really think more prides in the Central Valley should celebrate in the fall when it’s cooler. Our Central Valley summers are just unbearable!
