Now that the weather is starting to get more fair, now feels like a great time to visit our not so distant nature gems, except for Yosemite National Park, at least most of it. Our recent bouts of heavy precipitation has let plenty of snow pile up, and warmer than usual weather is melting that snow rapidly, prompting closures of Yosemite starting today and at minimum till May 3.
