An elderly man got stuck in his car in his own driveway by a flash flood in Tollhouse earlier today. Local emergency services responded and had to attempt a daring rescue.
The man was just trying to get home on Sunday when the creek he crossed along his driveway was overcome with flash flood waters. We have been experiencing a lot of rain from the winter storm pummeling California and flooding has been a problem over the past few days.
